Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.
Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
Shoes must be in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please call 785-302-1688 for further assistance.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

Please keep in mind that we only process returns Tuesday-Friday.
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return.
Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.
Once your return is received, we will issue you a gift code via email to use as you wish on future orders.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. $6.95 flat rate shipping on all orders placed within the US. $35 flat rate shipping on all international orders.
